Overall, these findings deepen our understanding of the molecular changes linked to high-risk HPV infections and identify PI3K, MALAT1 and H19 as promising biomarkers and therapeutic targets for cervical cancer. LINC00460-FUS-MYC feedback loop drives breast cancer metastasis and doxorubicin resistance. (PubMed, Oncogene)
LINC00460 depletion in Doxorubicin-resistant breast cancer cells restored sensitivity to Doxorubicin and increased the efficacy of c-MYC inhibitor therapy. Collectively, these findings implicate LINC00460 as a promising prognostic biomarker and potential therapeutic target to overcome Doxorubicin resistance in breast cancer.

LINC00460 positively regulated TGFBI expression, possibly by acting as a sponge of miR-338-3p. LINC00460 knockdown contributed to DDP sensitivity of cervical cancer by downregulating TGFBI, providing a novel mechanism underlying the acquisition of DDP sensitivity.
