Overall, these findings deepen our understanding of the molecular changes linked to high-risk HPV infections and identify PI3K, MALAT1 and H19 as promising biomarkers and therapeutic targets for cervical cancer. Future studies should further investigate these interactions to enhance early detection and improve treatment strategies for HPV-associated malignancies.
