This comprehensive work hopefully to provide the structural, physical, and chemical properties, which would be important to optimizing the related properties of the molecular systems for biomedical purposes.

Systemic Loss of FKBPL Uncovers Diabetes-Dependent Pathways of Myocardial and Vascular Injury. (PubMed, Arterioscler Thromb Vasc Biol)
FKBPL-based peptide mimetic, AD-01 (1 nM), in high-glucose conditions, upregulated endothelial vcam1 and glut1 mRNA expression, independent of miR-302b-5p. FKBPL plays an important role in glucose metabolism, endothelial function, angiogenesis, cardiac inflammation and function, and could be explored as a therapeutic target of cardiovascular disease both in nondiabetes and diabetes settings using precision medicine approach.

A broad range of inflammatory mediators are correlated with HbA1c in children with T1D. These inflammatory changes precede development of T1D complications, suggesting that possible pathophysiologic involvement should be investigated.

Obesity-induced Ob-Rb/STAT-3 signaling dysfunction is a central mechanism impairing endometrial receptivity. Leptin resensitization via weight loss partially reverses these effects, suggesting potential therapies for targeting leptin resistance or Ob-Rb/STAT-3 signaling in obesity-related infertility.

Deciphering the role of circulating inflammatory proteins in myocarditis: Novel strategies for targeted therapy. (PubMed, Int J Cardiol)
Elevated circulating LIF levels may be causally linked to increased myocarditis risk, supporting its potential as both a predictive biomarker and a therapeutic target. These results provide a rationale for further experimental studies to clarify the context-dependent roles of LIF in myocardial inflammation and to evaluate LIF-directed interventions.

Exposure of PDCA cell lines to LRI310 suppresses STAT3 activation and counteracts effects of LIF on proliferation and CAF-inducing transcriptional programs. Collectively, these findings identify LIF as an important epithelial driver of CAF-oriented transcriptional programs in PDAC and support the development of LIFR antagonism as a promising strategy to modulate the desmoplastic microenvironment.

Importantly, LIF treatment promoted the generation of the Nogo-A N-terminal fragment in HEK293T cells. Taken together the NogoA-N-terminal fragment NogoA-213 but not Nogo-B plays a role in STAT3 activation.
