LGR6 (Leucine Rich Repeat Containing G Protein-Coupled Receptor 6)

To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of NS-like cell differentiation from human iPSCs. Our differentiation method and reporter construct enable the discovery of drugs for nail repair and possibly fingertip-regenerative therapy.

In this study a new prognostic model consisting of 10 DEIRGs was constructed based on the TME. By providing risk factor analysis and prognostic information, our risk model can provide new directions for immunotherapy in GC patients.

Our findings highlight the oncogenic roles of LGR6 overexpression induced by aberrant Wnt/β-catenin signaling in lung cancer.

These findings shed new insights into regulatory mechanisms for the canonical WNT pathway in pancreatic cancer cells. It may also have potential value for treatment stratification of PDAC.

LGR6 may be a prognostic factor and a potential new therapeutic target in ESCC.
