Taken together, our results suggest that LATS could be one of the key factors contributing to the rapid proliferation, reduced apoptosis, and IM resistance of CML cells. Targeting LATS could be a promising treatment to enhance the therapeutic effect of a conventional BCR/ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor such as IM.
