    Of note, taxifolin increased the CD8+ T cell content in 4T-1 tumors. The DEG36 is a novel and effective prognostic biomarker of BCs, particularly TNBCs, and can be used to assess the BC-associated immunosuppressive microenvironment.

    IGHV4-28 was highly expressed in TE-4 and EC9706 cell lines and overexpression of IGHV4-28 enhanced cell proliferation, invasion, and migration, as well as decreased apoptosis rate. Moreover, nude mice transplanted with IGHV4-28-silencing TE-4 cells showed restrained tumor weight and volume.In summary, IGHV4-28 was increasingly expressed in ESCC and may serve as a therapeutic target in the treatment of ESCC.

    Immunogenomic profiling and pathological response results from a clinical trial of docetaxel and carboplatin in triple-negative breast cancer. (PubMed, Breast Cancer Res Treat)
    Neoadjuvant docetaxel and carboplatin resulted in a pCR of 45.7%. WES and immune profiling differentiated patients with and without pCR.
