    Strong constitutive NF-κB signaling in B cells drives SLL/CLL-like lymphomagenesis and overcomes microenvironmental dependencies. (PubMed, Leukemia)
    Further, strong constitutive NF-κB activation overcomes critical microenvironmental dependencies of TCL1-driven lymphomas. Our findings establish canonical NF-κB as an oncogenic driver in lymphoma and reveal reduced microenvironment dependency as a key NF-κB-mediated mechanism, thus highlighting its therapeutic relevance.

    Integrative multi-omics study identifies sex-specific molecular signatures and immune modulation in bladder cancer. (PubMed, Front Bioinform)
    Additionally, four male-specific hub genes-DAXX, IKBKB, PDGFRA, and PPARG-were immune-related and showed sex-differential correlations with immune cell infiltration, with three of them associated with AR signaling regulation. These findings provide new insights into the molecular basis of sex differences in bladder cancer and could pave the way for more personalized and effective therapeutic strategies tailored to male and female patients.

These findings collectively provide a crucial foundation for understanding the potential therapeutic efficacy and operative mechanisms of ARR for osteoarthritis management.

    These regions overlap with 13 published cases (12 papers), of which three displayed hematologic disorders, including neutropenia and juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia. Our case underscores the 8p12q11.21 region as a potential causal region for aplastic anemia, emphasizing the need for further investigation of this patient for possible progression to hematologic malignancy.

    NF-ΚB Activation as a Key Driver in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Evolution to Richter's Syndrome: Unraveling the Influence of Immune Microenvironment Dynamics. (PubMed, Genes (Basel))
    The tumor microenvironment in RS displayed significant compositional changes, and signaling inference revealed enhanced cell-cell communication via BAFF and APRIL pathways, involving interactions with receptors such as BAFF-R and TACI on RS cells. The findings from this study reveal an active state of NF-κB in RS and suggest that this state plays a critical role in the evolution of CLL to RS, which is modulated by alternative signaling pathways and the influence of the tumor microenvironment.
