Histone-, Receptor-, and Integrin-Related Gene Products and ADAM28 as Relevant to B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL). (PubMed, Curr Issues Mol Biol)
Using a tree-based classification algorithm, we also predicted ADAM28 as a possible mechanistic marker. The results of this study have potential implications for patients who have been diagnosed with B-ALL by providing improved mechanistic understanding and information on possible diagnostics and repurposed therapeutics for B-ALL.

Together, our findings illustrated that tumor associated senescent ECs in HCC recruited the MSCs into TME, enhancing cancer stem cell (CSC)-like features of HCC cells and contributing to the CCA formation.

As a result, InCMATACs efficiently degrade STAT3 protein in both A549 and HCC827 tumor cells and inhibit tumor growths in vivo. This study demonstrates that InCMATACs can be used for selective proteolysis in cancer therapy.

Insulin-like growth factor 2 receptor is a key immune-related gene that is correlated with a poor prognosis in patients with triple-negative breast cancer: A bioinformatics analysis. (PubMed, Front Oncol)
IGF2R expression also was significantly negatively correlated with TILs, particularly with CD8 TILs and CD19 TILs in the cohort of patients with TNBC. IGF2R can be used as an indicator of a poor prognosis in patients with TNBC and as a potential target and research direction for TNBC immunotherapy in the future.

Lastly, immunohistochemical analysis revealed that IGF2R is overexpressed in LC. These results demonstrate the vital role of IGF2R in LC carcinogenesis and progression and may facilitate the identification of new therapeutic targets for the prevention and treatment of LC.

The miR-4306/IGF2R axis modulates the lung adenocarcinoma response to irradiation in vitro and in vivo. (PubMed, Transl Lung Cancer Res)
In tissue samples, expression of miR-4306 and IGF2R were negatively correlated. The miR-4306/IGF2R axis could significantly affect lung adenocarcinoma progression and response to radiotherapy, and further investigation of the clinical implications of this axis is strongly recommended.

Novel Human Antibodies to Insulin Growth Factor 2 Receptor (IGF2R) for Radioimmunoimaging and Therapy of Canine and Human Osteosarcoma. (PubMed, Cancers (Basel))
The generated antibodies were radiolabeled and characterized in vitro and in vivo using human and canine OS patient-derived tumors in SCID mouse models. We demonstrate specific binding to IGF2R and tumor uptake in these models, as well as binding to tumor tissue of canine OS patients, making these antibodies suitable for further development of RIT for OS.
