    Observational and Genetic Association of Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) and Autoimmune Diseases in Adults. (PubMed, Mediators Inflamm)
    Furthermore, two hub genes (IFI27 and VSIG4) were identified by machine learning and curve analysis as potential diagnostic markers for MDS with SLE. Our study suggested that the impact and mechanisms of AIDs in MDS need to be taken seriously, which could provide more accurate treatment guidance.

We identified and experimentally validated 6 sepsis-associated genes and 21 proteins, providing crucial insights into potential therapeutic targets and enhancing understanding of the molecular pathogenesis of sepsis.

This correlation is functionally associated with TGFB2 mRNA production, suggesting that targeting TGFB2 mRNA through knockdown can potentially enhance PDAC prognosis.

    IFN alpha inducible protein 27 (IFI27) acts as a positive regulator of PACT-dependent PKR activation after RNA virus infections. (PubMed, PLoS Pathog)
    Mechanistically, we describe that this ability of IFI27 to activate PKR is dependent on its interaction with PACT. Further understanding of the regulation of PKR activity will allow us to develop new antiviral drugs to modulate this signalling axis, which is crucial in RNA virus infections.
