The changing landscape of immunotherapies-including checkpoint inhibitors, CAR-NK cells, and cytokine-based interventions-is examined in the context of enhancing NK cell activity. The review highlights the potential pathways for precision medicine going forward, focusing on customized immunotherapies based on unique biomarker profiles and investigating combination medicines to produce more robust anti-tumor responses.

The sensitivity of the assay increased when the cancer specific marker was combined with the ones specific to breast tissue (p < 0.001). The results did not show any association between ctDNA status and pathological treatment response, neither at midterm nor before surgery.

In this study, we suggest a potentially diagnostic panel that may help in detection of lung cancer with high sensitivity and specificity using cell free DNA. This Panel included HOXA9 gene methylation and the CNV of SOX2 and HV2 genes.

Cytopathological analyses only detected 23 positive samples, which were all positively measured by both LungMe and OncoMe. OncoMe has potential for use as a biomarker for the detection of MPE, even not limited to lung cancer.

Greater than or equal to 100 (HR =2.31, 95% CI: 1.54-3.45, P<0.0001) and less than 100 (HR =2.45, 95% CI: 1.42-4.23, P=0.001). HOXA9 methylation has a significantly estimable biomarker of predicting poor prognosis and a potential target for therapy in solid malignant carcinoma from our meta-analysis.

cfDNA in ovarian cancer ascites demonstrates inter-patient variability, yet is consistently a rich source of cftDNA, which is a stable substrate. This supports the wider clinical use of ascites in the molecular analysis of ovarian cancer.
