Role of the HGF/Way Puts in the resistance to immune control points inhibitors (ICIS) in non -small cell (CBNPC) bronchial cancer (CBNPC) advanced stadium (CPLF 2023)
The modulation of lymphocyte activation has been studied during PBMC cultivation experiences alone or in the presence of CBNPC cells (tumor lines A549, H596 and primary cultures) in the presence or absence of HGF and pharmacological agents ( Pembrolizumab, crizotinib). The evaluation of the expression of the HGF/diagnosis route, reflected by a high level of plasma HGF, could be a predictor of less good response to ICIS. The blocking of the HGF/MET route therefore appears as a privileged therapeutic target in advanced stadium CBNPC in association with ICIS.

Combined Expression of HGFR with Her2/neu, EGFR, IGF1R, Mucin-1 and Integrin α2β1 Is Associated with Aggressive Epithelial Ovarian Cancer. (PubMed, Biomedicines)
Protein co-expression analyses were confirmed by transcriptomic data in a large, independent cohort of patients. In conclusion, new biomarker-directed treatment targets were identified to fight poor prognosis of primary EOC.

Hepatocyte Growth Factor Overexpression Slows the Progression of 4NQO-Induced Oral Tumorigenesis. (PubMed, Front Oncol)
HGF and c-Met expression is upregulated in OSCC tissues and is associated with the occurrence and development of OSCC. HGF overexpression in normal oral epithelial tissue can inhibit 4NQO-induced tumorigenesis potentially through inhibiting proliferation and accelerating apoptosis via MAPK and PI3K-AKT signaling.
