Finally, Irinotecan and Hesperetin were predicted through DGIDB database. In this study, TGFBR2 was identified as a biomarker of LUAD, which provided a new idea for the treatment strategy of LUAD and may aid in the development of personalized immunotherapy strategies.

In this study, we identified that GIMAP family genes were significantly associated with immune cell infiltration and immune checkpoint molecules. They potentially play a critical role in anti-tumor immunity and serve as immunotherapy biomarkers.

These findings confirmed that GIMAP6 was an effective prognostic molecule that was involved in the regulation of the immune microenvironment of LUAD, and may become a predictor for the efficacy of immunotherapy.
