    NDUFA8 is transcriptionally regulated by EP300/H3K27ac and promotes mitochondrial respiration to support proliferation and inhibit apoptosis in cervical cancer. (PubMed, Biochem Biophys Res Commun)
    By promoting mitochondrial respiration, NDUFA8 contributes to cervical cancer cell proliferation and apoptosis. These findings provide novel insights into NDUFA8 as a therapeutic target in cervical cancer.
