    Moreover, we show that the tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)/peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPARα) pathway suppresses EHBP1 in MASH. These data not only provide mechanistic insights into the role of EHBP1 in cholesterol metabolism and MASH fibrosis but also elucidate an interplay between inflammation and EHBP1-mediated cholesterol metabolism.

    Eventually, the expression levels of three genes were verified by our experiment, and knockdown of PLOD1 could inhibit invasion and migration abilities in BLCA cell lines. These results demonstrated a new direction in precision therapy for BLCA, and indicated that the ARGs might be helpful to in predicting prognosis and as therapeutic targets in BLCA.

    Furthermore, the combination of EHBP1L1 inhibition and ICB reprograms the immunosuppressive TME and prevents tumor immune evasion, thus significantly reinforcing the therapeutic efficacy of ICB in RCC patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models. These findings reveal the vital role of EHBP1L1 in immune evasion in RCC, which may be a potential complement for ICB therapy.

    Identification and Validation of lncRNA-AC087588.2 in Lung Adenocarcinoma: A Novel Prognostic and Diagnostic Indicator. (PubMed, Front Mol Biosci)
    The Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that lower expression of hsa-miR-30a-5p and higher expression of ANLN, POLR3G, EHBP1, and ERO1A were associated with adverse clinical outcomes in patients with LUAD. This finding provided a comprehensive view of the AC087588.2-mediated ceRNA network in LUAD, thereby highlighting its potential role in the diagnosis and prognosis of LUAD.
