DAAM1 (Dishevelled Associated Activator Of Morphogenesis 1)

This study identified DAAM1 as a key immune-related prognostic biomarker in breast cancer, whose upregulation contributes to tumor progression and metastasis via EMT pathway. Our findings, elaborated in a causal inference framework, provide a mechanistic basis for DAAM1's role in BC and underscore its potential as a therapeutic target.

In conclusion, DAAM1 functions as an oncogene and is immunologically implicated in pancreatic cancer, these findings suggest that DAAM1 may serve as a promising therapeutic target for the clinical management of pancreatic cancer.

Our study highlights the roles of FHOD1 and INF2 as downstream effectors of the HER2/Akt and HER2/MAPK pathways, suggesting that they are potential therapeutic targets in HER2-positive breast cancer.
