This study identifies COL1A1 as a key feature gene associated with EDC-targeted pathways in LUAD. The findings characterize its involvement in ECM-related signaling and its correlation with specific immune cell infiltration patterns, providing a computational framework for understanding EDC-associated molecular changes in LUAD.
Differences were identified between UPS and MFS in the composition of lymphoid cell populations and in the intercellular interactions. This proposes deeper understanding of the biological differences between these sarcoma subtypes and may be important for the development of new therapeutic approaches, although further validation of the findings is required.

Within the perivascular microenvironment, EV-mediated interactions between glioblastoma cells and astrocytes support the induction of stemness and the differentiation of GBM cells toward a pericyte-like phenotype, promoting perivascular niche formation and microvascular proliferation. The hydrogel-based co-culture model thus provides a simple and effective platform for dissecting tumor-stroma communication in the glioblastoma microenvironment.
Both cases showed classic DFSP morphology and diffuse CD34 expression. These findings expand the molecular landscape of DFSP and illustrate convergent mechanisms of PDGFR-β activation achieved through diverse yet functionally equivalent genomic rearrangements.
AST treatment mitigated these fibrotic changes, as evidenced by reductions in gene expression (p=0.001 for COL1A1 and p=0.005 for COL3A1) and improvements in Masson's trichrome staining. In conclusion, this study suggests that AST may confer a protective effect against BPA-induced testicular damage by reducing apoptosis and fibrosis; however, changes in oxidative stress markers did not achieve statistical significance. Furthermore, AST may enhance spermatogenesis.

This study provides evidence that immobilizing HDL onto biomaterial surfaces can simultaneously regulate immune responses and stimulate bone regeneration. Such multifunctional coatings offer a promising strategy to enhance osseointegration and long-term implant success, especially in high-risk patient groups such as individuals with diabetes or cancer.

Following recurrence and metastasis, the patient was treated with imatinib mesylate and radiotherapy, resulting in a sustained major partial response. This report presents a rare case of aggressive sacroiliac spindle cell sarcoma with COL1A1::PDGFB fusion, expands the clinicopathologic spectrum of DFSP and its variants, and underscores the importance of molecular studies for definitive diagnosis, as well as the potential for targeted therapies in managing complex sarcoma cases.
