Network toxicology and multi-omics analyses identify diagnostic genes and elucidate underlying mechanisms of 6PPDQ-induced hepatocellular carcinoma. (PubMed, Environ Pollut)
Finally, we constructed an adverse outcome pathway (AOP) linking 6PPDQ exposure to immune dysregulation and HCC initiation. This multi-omics and in silico study reveals a mechanistic network by which 6PPDQ promotes hepatic carcinogenesis, highlights four candidate biomarkers for early detection, and provides a conceptual AOP framework for future toxicological and therapeutic investigations.

S100P and IMP3 expression levels were significantly elevated in high-grade lesions, particularly within the I+B-type BilIN group, with no notable differences in G- or GI-type BilIN. Immunophenotypic profiling with lineage-specific markers effectively subclassified BilIN, enhancing the understanding of its histogenesis and progression.

PILC-BSCSO identifies a subset of five marker genes, including prognostic biomarkers HMMR, CHST4, and COL15A1, that have excellent predictive potential for liver cancer using TCGA data.

The LINC00452/miR-204/CHST4 Axis Regulating Thymic Tregs Might Be Involved in the Progression of Thymoma-Associated Myasthenia Gravis. (PubMed, Front Neurol)
In this research, we constructed a ceRNA network involved in the progression of TAMG, discovered that thymic Tregs were significantly decreased in patients with TAMG, and assumed that the LINC00452/miR-204/CHST4 axis may regulate thymic Tregs in the development of TAMG. These findings may deepen our understanding of the roles of the ceRNA network in regulating TAMG and highlight the function of CHST4 in recruiting peripheral T cells in the progression of TAMG.

Our present study identified a prognostic prediction model (combined with five-mRNA signature and clinical factors) for TNBC patients receiving immunotherapy, which will benefit future research and clinical therapies.
