Identification of an Anoikis-associated LncRNA Signature to Predict the Clinical Prognosis and Immune Function of Patients with Endometrial Cancer. (PubMed, Int J Med Sci)
The signature constructed using these lncRNAs may offer new avenues for endometrial cancer treatment and immunotherapy. The function of CFAP58-DT has been validated in vitro and in vivo, consistent with our previous analysis; however, further research into its upstream and downstream mechanisms is warranted.

The CFAP58 carriers were at elevated risk of deaths due to cancers. Collectively, the present whole exome sequencing study provides novel insights into the genetic landscape of LTL, identifying novel genes associated with LTL and their implications on human health and facilitating a better understanding of aging, thus pinpointing the genetic relevance of LTL with clonal hematopoiesis, biomedical traits, and health-related outcomes.

Overall, we identified a prognostic ferroptosis-related lncRNA model based on CFAP58-DT for predicting the prognosis and immune-infiltrating conditions in EC. We concluded that the potential oncogenic role of CFAP58-DT can further guide immunotherapy and chemotherapy.

The IFN-γ-related long non-coding RNA signature predicts prognosis and indicates immune microenvironment infiltration in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma. (PubMed, Front Oncol)
In the immunological microenvironment, there were also substantial disparities across different risk categories. Our findings give a reference for endometrial cancer prognostic type and immunological status assessment, as well as prospective molecular markers for the disease.

In addition, the nine FRLs were all more expressed in the high-risk group compared to the low-risk group. These findings significantly contribute to the understanding of the function of FRLs in UCEC and provide promising therapeutic strategies for UCEC.

Neoadjuvant docetaxel and carboplatin resulted in a pCR of 45.7%. WES and immune profiling differentiated patients with and without pCR.
