In the group with high CDH18 expression, the IC50 values for (5Z)-7-Oxozeaenol, AG-014699, CEP-701, Mitomycin C, PD-0325901, PD-0332991, PHA-665752, SL 0101-1, and SN-38 were notably elevated. CDH18 is a novel promising biomarker in UCEC, uniquely associating tumor progression, immune modulation, and chemotherapy resistance, offering enhanced prognostic accuracy and guiding individualized therapeutic strategies for improved patient outcomes.

In summary, our study sheds light on the molecular and cellular alterations occurring in the hippocampus of aging mice with E2 deficiency, particularly focusing on the role of aromatase in modulating brain function. The identification of distinct neuronal populations and differential gene expression patterns between WT and bArKO mice highlights the complexity of E2-mediated neuroprotection and its relevance in both sexes.

In conclusion, these key genes may serve as therapeutic targets for endometrial cancer. A new endometrial cancer risk prognosis model and column chart have been constructed based on these genes, offering a reliable direction for future cervical cancer treatment.

Moreover, cells with COP1 over-expression showed low levels of CDH18 expression, with the intracellular PI3K/AKT pathway activated and the malignancy of GC cell lines enhanced. Our findings demonstrated that COP1 promoted the GC tumorigenesis by downregulated CDH18 with the involvement of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in cell lines, suggesting the potential of COP1 as a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target for GC.

Finally, the results of functional enrichments revealed that CDH members participated in several tumor-related pathways. Collectively, our findings suggest that CDH Family members functioned as oncogenes or antioncogenes in LUAD and may be a potential biomarker for this malignancy.
