BMP7 was a prognostic maker of neuroblastoma.

Our validated composite model demonstrated strong predictive power. These findings establish an association between high-risk disease and specific tumor microenvironment alterations (M0 macrophages), epitranscriptomic dysregulation (m6A), and therapeutic vulnerabilities, providing valuable insights for refining prognosis and advancing targeted therapies for DLBCL.

BMP8B knockdown inhibited proliferation of GC cells, and promoted invasion and migration. Our results suggest that BMP8B plays dual roles in GC.

Furthermore, differential expression validation and in vitro phenotypic experiment indicated that BMP8A significantly promoted BCa cell proliferation, migration and invasion. Current results confirmed significance of both BMPs expression and genomic alteration in the prognosis and treatment of diverse cancer types, and suggested that BMPs may be vital for BCa and can possibly be utilized as biomarkers for immunotherapy.

Our findings demonstrate the pivotal function of the p200CUX1-BMP8B-MAPK axis in maintaining the viability of AML cells. Consequently, targeting p200CUX1 could represent a viable strategy in AML therapy.

Our study findings confirmed that BMP8B increases with the severity of the disease and BMP8B shows potential as a non-invasive predictive biomarker to identify NAFLD progression. However, future studies should investigate circulatory BMP8B levels in a large number of patients and also its impact on liver during NAFLD progression.

We then studied the effects of interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α and IL-6 on the spheroids of articular and osteophytic cells, and provided, to the best of our knowledge, the first evidence that IL-6 suppresses spheroid size of osteophytic cells by inducing apoptosis and reducing ECM molecules. These data demonstrate that IL-6 is the suppressor of osteophyte growth and suggest that IL-6 expression and/or activity are implicated for regulation of osteophyte formation in pathological joints.

The high-risk group patients were more sensitive to immunotherapy but resistant to docetaxel. CXCL12 has important immunological implication and prognostic significance in breast cancer. The CXCL12-related prognostic model could well predict the prognosis and treatment response of breast cancers.
