We screened a panel of KRAS-mutant NSCLC cell lines and observed that loss of the tumor suppressor STK11/LKB1 is associated with increased MCL-1 dependence and sensitivity to combined MAPK (either MEK inhibitor or KRAS G12C inhibitor AMG 510) and MCL-1 inhibition (AMG 176).
