To test the efficacy of tepotinib on GC cells expressing high levels of MUC5B and c-MET in vivo, we subcutaneously implanted MKN45 cells into the right flanks of nude mice...Our in vitro and in vivo studies strongly supported the clinical evaluations of tepotinib, which prevented the EMT and tumor growth in c-MET- and MUC5B-expressing GCs.
