    Given the impressive prognostic ability of KLHL6 mRNA expression within DLBCL, we investigated whether protein expression by immunohistochemistry in a cohort of 150 R-CHOP–treated DLBCL cases might also predict prognosis. However, in the context of this cohort and using our conditions for immunohistochemistry, no prognostic significance was observed at the protein level.
