AG1296 inhibited IL-3 independent growth and induced apoptosis in Ba/F3 cells transformed by FLT3/ITDs…These findings suggest that inhibiting the activity of FLT3 may have a therapeutic value in some leukemias expressing FLT3/ITDs….Inhibition of cell proliferation of FLT3/ITD expressing cell lines by AG1296. MTT cell proliferation assays were carried out to examine the effect of AG1296 and AG1879 on growth of ITD expressing cell lines.
