Cooperative effects observed with the double Bz/VT treatment were statistically significant in MOLM‐14 cells but not in OCI‐AML3 (Fig. 5E,F). Taken together, our results show that the inhibition of both proteolytic pathways markedly enhances apoptosis levels in MOLM‐14 that express FLT3‐ITD (Fig. 6) but not in OCI‐AML3 that express WT FLT3.
