...we used EGFR-overexpressing TNBC cell lines MDA-MB-468 and MDA-MB-231 to evaluate the effects of LR004-VC-MMAE on cell proliferation. The CCK-8 assay results showed that LR004-VC-MMAE inhibited the growth of MDA-MB-468 and MDA-MB-231 (Fig. 2a) cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner.
