...study of patients diagnosed with metastatic NSCLC…TKI therapy was separated by early (erlotinib, gefitinib, afatinib, crizotinib, or experimental) versus newer (osimertinib, alectinib, brigatinib, ensartinib, or lorlatinib) generation. In the EGFR mutated cohort, the use of newer generation TKIs and the presence of EGFR exon 19 deletion were associated with prolonged survival.
