We identified a patient with progressive metastatic TNBC resistant to chemotherapy and immunotherapy. An EGFR gene amplification was observed in the patient’s metastases, leading us to introduce treatment with cetuximab. She experienced an early response to treatment, with a decrease in all her tumor sites.
