We evaluated the involvement of CYP3A4 and CYP3A5 genes in the sensitivity to antineoplastic drugs in STS cell lines using bioinformatic strategies and in vitro assays....In bioinformatic analysis, a low expression of CYP3A5 correlated with increased resistance to CF. For vincristine, higher CYP3A4 expression correlated with higher drug resistance.
