DDLPS cell lines...LPS246 had the highest CDK4 gene copy number vs. LPS815 and LPS863 (1373, 533, 563 transcripts per cell, respectively) and showed a greater sensitivity to both docetaxel and eribulin compared to LPS815 and LPS863 in cell viability assays.
