    Nude mice bearing subcutaneous NSCLC HCC827 tumors were administered with afatinib at different dose intensities (5-100 mg/kg)...As shown in Fig. 4, the expression levels of AXL, mesothelin (MSLN), and QPRT were significantly higher in the afatinib-resistant cells than in parental HCC827 cells.
