hatte und plötzlich eine Mutation in RUNX1 trägt. Und das ist absolut richtig, eine vorangegangene Strahlen- oder Chemotherapie birgt immer ein Risiko, irgendwann eine AML zu entwickeln. Wir sprechen dann auch von einer „Therapie-assoziierten AML“. (@Snow_WhiteX)

By contrasting induction directly with venetoclax/azacitidine, and analyzing likelihood to respond to therapy, we found monocytic disease (M5) favored chemotherapy for response while older age, secondary AML and RUNX1 mutations favored venetoclax 7/11 (@DanPollyea)
