    hatte und plötzlich eine Mutation in RUNX1 trägt. Und das ist absolut richtig, eine vorangegangene Strahlen- oder Chemotherapie birgt immer ein Risiko, irgendwann eine AML zu entwickeln. Wir sprechen dann auch von einer „Therapie-assoziierten AML“. (@Snow_WhiteX)

    Our analysis by @drsangeetmd showing that RUNX1 mutations in AML may not always be adverse, particularly when venetoclax is used. Important data that highlight the need for risk stratification systems that consider not only cyto-molecular features but also type of therapy given. (@NicholasShortMD)

    By contrasting induction directly with venetoclax/azacitidine, and analyzing likelihood to respond to therapy, we found monocytic disease (M5) favored chemotherapy for response while older age, secondary AML and RUNX1 mutations favored venetoclax 7/11 (@DanPollyea)
