A patient comes in for anemia & TP53 mutant CH discovered when counts didn’t quite rebound after last platinum cycle for ovarian CA with peritoneal carcinomatosis. Perhaps someone did a marrow - no dysplasia. They should receive best available treatment for ovarian CA. (@Lachelle_Dawn)
