    A “rabbit head”on CD45/SS, left shift by decreased CD10 & CD13/CD16, monocytosis, aberrant expression of CD56 &/or CD23, and increased CD14/CD16 are CMML flow signatures. A good cytometrist will be 1st to tell you that monocytosis is CMML. (@Hemester1)
