MDM2 amplification is a clinically actionable target, occurs in most cancer types, with highest rates in sarcoma, bladder, biliary, lung, upper GI, breast cancer, melanoma. Across tumor types the frequency is 1.2%. Virtually all well-/dedifferentiated liposarcomas are amplified. (@schoffski)
