Yah, the somatic ones (PTPN11, N/KRAS) are more common. You have to make sure you distinguish between them (like u can’t diagnose JMML in person w/ germline PTPN11 mutation only so it’s important to get a germline sample to compare.) (@PedsHemeDoc)
