Other factors would include HRD status, there may be financial considerations, and the experience of the surgeon in performing CRS should be considered. Not all surgeons caring for ovarian cancer pts have training in complete cytoreduction with extensive peritonectomy. (@PSugarbaker)

Any improvement in OS for patients with Pancreas cancer is something to celebrate; but, I don’t think this establishes FFX (with or without liposomal Irinotecan) as the standard of care over Gem-Nab. Need data on QOL, HRD status between arms, post progression therapy, etc. (@mraphaelmd)
