We have managed 3 or 4 patients with a ‘gray-zone like lymphoma/myeloma’ presentation (non-CNS disease). We gave DA-EPOCH to one patient (replacing vincristine w bortezomib). Is CD20 positive? Could you share the IFE and sFLC (MALDI if avail). Would probably treat this like PCNSL (@DrNikitaMehra)
