    Figure from this week's @NEJM tells you all you need to know about lifetime risk of breast cancer based on hereditary gene mutations. BRCA1/2 & PALB2 highly penetrant; CHEK2, BARD1, ATM much less so. Important for prophylaxis and surveillance plans. (@DrHBurstein)
