    In the translocation associated RCC, have you also checked which particular gene alterations (TFE3, TFEB, amplified TFEB, ALK etc) were present? #gupath (assuming about 90% will be TFE3 rearranged RCC) (@AkgulMD)

    CluMPS also visualizes clusters of endogenous proteins. Here we amplify EML4-ALK condensates (@BivonaLabUCSF @TulpuleLab) in lung cancer cells using a binding domain from Gab1. We also track cluster dynamics in response to targeted therapies. (@BugajLab)
