    The CCK-8 and colony formation assays were performed using A549-TRPV1-FLAG and A549-empty-vector stable cell lines to explore the effects of TRPV1 overexpression on the sensitivity to DDP and 5-FU. Both assays suggested that TRPV1 overexpression decreased the sensitivity of A549 cells to DDP and 5-FU (Figures 2B–G)....In present of DDP, the tumor weight and growth of TRPV1 overexpression group were significant increased compared with the empty vector group (Figures 3A–C), which indicated that TRPV1 overexpression induced DDP resistance in vivo.
