    The CCK-8 and colony formation assays were performed using A549-TRPV1-FLAG and A549-empty-vector stable cell lines to explore the effects of TRPV1 overexpression on the sensitivity to DDP and 5-FU. Both assays suggested that TRPV1 overexpression decreased the sensitivity of A549 cells to DDP and 5-FU (Figures 2B–G).
