Additionally, the Kaplan–Meier survival curves plotted for the mice displayed a significantly longer mean survival rate in VP-treated group compared to that in the control group (Figure 4H). Overall, these data demonstrated that VP can effectively inhibit osteosarcoma progression caused by loss of Trp53 and Rb1 in Ctsk-expressing cells.
