    PANC-1 cells and MiaPaCa-2 cells were treated with different concentrations of gemcitabine….Overall, compared with the control group, TLE2 overexpression in PANC-1 cells significantly increased their sensitivity to gemcitabine, while knockdown of TLE2 substantially decreased the sensitivity.
