In the present case, we encountered MPM with STRN-ALK fusion in a 17-year-old female adolescent...The patient was diagnosed with MPM and administered standard chemotherapy for pleural mesothelioma (pemetrexed + cisplatin 7 cycles and carboplatin + gemcitabine 3 cycles), but tumor progression was observed.
