Patients with wildtype PIK3CA had a response rate comparable to that of patients with mutated PIK3CA (6/21, 29% vs.1/4, 25%)…To the best of our knowledge, this is the first investigation that establishes bTMB and MSAF as biomarkers associated with treatment response and survival outcomes of pretreated aTNBC patients receiving combined immunotherapy and antiangiogenic therapy.
