We identified three PDX models all of which had distinct genomic rearrangements that truncated the PEST domain of NOTCH1 or NOTCH2...All three models were highly sensitive to PF-03084014, including more than 50% tumor regression in the MAXF1162 model, which was similar to the NOTCH1 ECD deleted HCC1599 cell line xenograft model previously known to be sensitive to GSI.
