As we identified a gain in NOTCH1 gene copy as a prognostic indicator of worse RFS, we investigated the efficacy of a human anti‐Notch1 monoclonal antibody PF‐06293622 on tumor growth in a CRC PDTX model...The four most sensitive CRC explants to the Notch1 antibody harbor a gain in NOTCH1 gene copy number. Using a Fisher's exact test we identified a significant association (p < 0.006) between a gain in NOTCH1 gene copy number and sensitivity to the Notch1 antibody.
