The RED for sapanisertib + telaglenastat is DL1 (sapanisertib 2mg po qd, telaglenastat 800mg po bid). The majority of evaluable patients had tumor shrinkage including a PR in a patient with LUSC harboring an NFE2L2 mutation. Sapanisertib and telaglenastat is safe and tolerable at the RED.
