A 77‐year‐old gentleman was referred with symptoms of weight loss…Subsequent molecular studies confirmed both MYD88 L265P and BRAF V600E variants by Real‐Time PCR confirming the diagnosis of co‐existent LPL and HCL….The patient received six courses of rituximab, cladribine and dexamethasone, and a repeat bone marrow assessment showed reduction in the both clones but both were still detectable (LPL ˜7% and HCL ˜2%) respectively.
